Key responsibities:

1.Introduce or communicate any updated policy, procedure & process, practice in the area of Employee Relations in a timely and professional manner to ensure that employees fully understand the change and will execute accordingly.

2.Assist in identifying & solving problems, issues and disputes occurred in the area of Employee Relations.

3.Responsible for organizing all recreational activities according to approved plans or proposals, e.g. Employee traveling, sports (Badminton match/ Football match/ Weekly sports), etc.

4.Assist to maintain all available communication means to consistently enhance their effectiveness by analyzing the feedbacks,e.g. organizing quarterly communication meetings and making proper evaluations based on meeting feedback.

5.Assist to handle complaints, grievances and disciplinary action cases if any.

6.Responsible for editing & publishing company newsletter on bi-monthly basis.

7.Responsible for consolidating and updating employee handbook when any change happens related to Employee Relation function.

8.Provide E-HR routine or regular maintenance in the area of Employee Relations.

9.Identify problems related to employees’ health & safety and develop corrective action plans accordingly.

10.Assist supervisor to manage plant Clinic and ensure no finding in all internal & external audit.

11.Coordinate and facilitate mini-HR coordinator management to build a wide and more open communication environment both in policy understanding and compliance.

12.Work as Schick Labor Union committee member to take up related functions.

13.Assist in PI3000 program presentation and organize other celebration parties to improve colleague moral.

14.Assist in implementing company-wide activities or programs such as annual lunch, 2 day outing, in the area of company values, creeds and culture promotion or building.

15.Take up ad-hoc projects as assigned and assist supervisor(s) for critical issue follow up.

Requirement:

1.Diploma certificated or above degree.

2.3 years or above working experience.

3. Relevant experience in MNC is preferable but not a must.

Good PC skill, e.g. Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint

Good command of English;

Good organization and administrative skills;

Accuracy and attention to detail;

Sense of responsibility;

Good communication skill;
