岗位职责:

Responsibilities:
? Professionalism and positive attitude
? Deal with hospital and patient related issues that need immediate action.
? Deal with hospital needs in varied situations.
? Discipline staff according hospital policies and procedures.
? Encourage staff to work effectively during staff shortages
? Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality of care is consistent to that during the day.
? Do regular rounds in the main hospital, including reception and all in patient areas.
? Facilitate admissions and bed allocation.
? Act as hospital supervisor /in house administrator at night.
? Deal with hospital and patient related issues.
? Monitor night shift staff and their work ethics.
? Assign nursing staff according to patient census and help department nurses as needed.
? Daily written report of rounds and findings to the nursing office.
? Report any occurrence/incidence according to the occurrence policy.
? Report urgent issues to senior administrative on call as needed.

Other Duties Performed-
? Encourage continued education and reading materials for staff in their areas of expertise whenever time permits.

任职资格:

Qualifications:
? Minimal Education Requirement – Polytechnic nursing school graduate. Preference of associate bachelor degree.
? Minimal Experience Requirement-15+ Years nursing experience.
? Licensing Needed- Registered nurse in China
Skills:
? Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English
? Excellent leadership and management skills
? Very willing and dedicated to work
? Excellent nursing experience in general
? Self-discipline
Knowledge:
? Understand health bureau policies
? Understand hospital policies and procedures
? Understand quality and safety standards based on JCIA requirements
? Competent in responding to unusual issues
? Competent in distinguishing and solving problems
