职位描述：业务拓展（急招）

1. 对市内外资、合资企业公司进行拜访，发掘潜在客户/客源；
2. 与客户建立长期的合作关系；
3. 协助物业顾问为客户提供专业的置业咨询服务；
4. 负责市场信息反馈，定期对销售数据及客户资料进行分析评估，提交总结报告；

5. 服务对象主要是外资企业派驻广州的外籍人士。

岗位要求：

1.大专及以上学历，专业不限。具有优秀的中英文表达能力（英语口语尤为重要）

2.二年以上工作经验，有销售及相关领域工作经验者及有一定客户资源者优先；女士优先

3.具有较强的沟通能力，亲和力和敏锐的洞察和分析判断能力，抗压能力，团队精神意识，应变能力

4.性格外向，形象气质佳，高度的工作热情
