岗位职责：

1· Responsible to support and develop Category strategies for assigned commodity and spend.

2· Actively manage commodity / regional spend along with the supply base and internal relationships that come with 

the assigned segmentation.

3· Supplier negotiations, contract/ MSA execution

4· Monitoring price / PPV / LE forecasting

5· System / SAP interfaces，RFP/RFQ process

6· Delivering to annual CIP targets 

7· Strategic Sourcing and supplier evaluation processes 

8· Understands and complies with regulatory bodies and programs 

9· Maintains and establishes key performance Metrics

10· SRM – Supplier Relationship Management

11· IRM  -  Internal Stakeholder  Relationship

12· Budget / planning / financial tracking / analytics 

13· Supports NPD activity and innovation stream  

14· Understanding of Total Cost model  

15· Understands and complies with regulatory bodies and programs. 

任职要求：

1.Bachelor’s degree: Supply Chain, Business Administration,Engineering or other related degree programs.

2.03 year relevant experience preferred in Sourcing, Procurement Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, and/or 

Operations experience.

3.Excellent communication and presentation skills  .

4.Knowledge/Skills : - 

- Knowledge and experience in Category Management

- Sourcing Experience and Knowledge

- Good Internal stakeholders and External suppliers relationship Management 

- Identify and implement Productivity projects

- Influencing and negotiation skills

- Able to evaluate quotation and propose recommendation.

- Working system knowledge of SAP, Excel, Access, Power Point and SAP Procurement
