1. Define category growth drivers combining both brand and channel perspectives
2. Set up product assortment guideline for different location/store type/channel.
3. Set up distribution and display guideline for different products/store type/channel.
4. Develop both trade and consumer promotion guideline based on consumer/shopper/channel knowledge to maximize sales and profit, and set up post-evaluation method for continuous efficiency improvement
5. Work with brand team to develop brand thematic promotion plan in line with brand strategy and information-based understanding of category/channel/shopper/consumer.
6. Work with specific channel/regional sales teams to identify business opportunities and provide solution/support.
7. Develop selling kit and effective mechanics to drive new product launch speed-to-shelf.
8. Lead to communicate and coordinate with cross-functions (namely Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Regional Trade Marketing, and Key Account teams, etc.) to nail down the internal alignment and implementation process.
9. Budget management (planning & tracking) at monthly basis.
10. Support line manager on other assigned projects and tasks.

任职要求：
1. 5 years or above working experience in FMCG, Trade marketing/Channel marketing is preferable, with solid experienced in promotion planning and project management covering both modern trade and traditional trade.
2. Strong communication and coordination skill.
3. Strong data sense and analysis skills.
4. Good command of Excel and Power Point 2007.
5. Good reading & written English. Spoken English is a plus.
6. A team player and doer with passion and good attitude. Willing to work under pressure.
