Job Responsibility 工作职责

l Responsible for designing and developing fashion sporting Styles for Prince Brand.

负责设计和开发PRINCE品牌的时尚运动风格服装。

l Translate design and concepts from technical drawings to samples. With good sense on branded fashion sport market, included Technology of the fashion sport Apparel and Accessories..etc.

将设计和概念从设计图纸演绎成样品。对品牌时尚运动市场有较强理解，包括时尚运动服装及配件的技术等

l Product Development 产品发展

a. Follow up schedules for the process of Product Development from Concept, Design, Technical drawings, Proto samples, Fitting samples to the last session of Pre-production samples

密切跟进从概念、设计、技术图纸、原型样品、装配样品到最后一次前期生产样品的产品开发过程的时间表；

b. Work with Designer Director, Chief Designer to develop product directions and features for Apparel & Accessories. 与设计师总监，首席设计师合作，为服装和配件开发产品方向和特点。

c. Responsible for the design and development process from styling, fabric selection, and follow through in subsequent fitting sessions until pre-production sample stage.

负责设计和开发过程，从造型，面料选择，试衣会议，直到生产前的样品阶段。

d. Communicate with other team for handling Product Profile and Tech pack for production purpose.

与其他相关团队沟通，处理服装产品外形和生产工艺流程的有效性；

ROLE REQUIREMENTS任职要求

1) Degree / Diploma holder in Fashion Design & Clothing or related disciplines

服装设计或相关专业本科文凭；

2) Possess 3-5 years' experience in designing fashion sporting Technical wear.

具有3-5年设计时尚运动服装的设计及技术经验。

3) Good know-how & knowledge for fashion sporting brands on garment making and sample integration

为时尚运动品牌提供服装制作和样品整合方面的专业知识和知识

4) Follow up on with Sourcing office on all sample making process

跟进采购办公室的所有样品制作流程

5) Proactive, creative with technical experience, plus excellent sense of fashion sport / market trends, materials, color, shapes, etc.

积极主动、具有创意并具备良好技术经验，对时尚运动/市场趋势、材料、颜色、形状等有敏锐的洞察力。

6) Proficiency in using MAC software, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw are essential

熟悉运用MAC软件, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw是非常必要的。
