3、为客人和公司其他部门的员工提供全面和正确的信息。

4、熟知当前销售策略、促销活动及酒店其它活动。

任职要求：

1、工作认真，服务热忱，关注客人，善于沟通，勇于创新，讲求效率。

2、普通话标准。

3、有一定的应变能力，能与客人保持良好关系。

4、熟悉电脑基本操作及办公软件。

5、有电话预定或星级酒店话务员工作经验优先。
