在总经理的管理之下，协助人力资源经理建立高效、透明的人力资源管理机制。
主要工作职责：
根据公司人力资源需求计划，制定多渠道招聘战略，组织各种形式招聘工作
负责员工初步面试与筛选
负责员工入职、离职工作
负责劳动合同签订与合同管理工作，进行劳动关系管理
人事档案管理
员工福利管理
员工绩效管理
员工激励的监督与管理
组织制定培训计划，组织人员参加培训，评估培训效果
员工纪律和申诉管理
—日常人力资源事务管理
能力要求：
出色的组织能力
优秀的沟通技巧
良好的英语听说读写能力
能够独立工作并融入团队协作
注重细节
诚实守信，具有良好的职业操守
具有1-2年人力资源相关经验优先

Since the very beginning, we have been striving to run a cool, yet welcoming and inclusive, “London-style” cocktail bar. We have now grown to five outlets located in prime downtown locations in Guangzhou, employing almost 200 full time staff. We focus upon bringing a true and authentic “western bar experience” to our customers. And we actively promote the UK’s rich food and drink culture.
We have been recognised in the market on a number of occasions in both the local Chinese and English language media, including “Best Café in Guangzhou”, “Best Bar in Guangzhou” and most recently “Best British/Irish”. Last but not least, we are authentic and detail-focused. We put “ethics” and “integrity” at the centre of everything we do!
