Marketing Support Manager

Report to:

Marketing Director

Role Description:

As a key member of the management group, Marketing Support Manager will be in charge of planning,

implementing the overall marketing and PR activities in all China Franchise Schools nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop the annual and monthly marketing plan both at regional and school level to grow Kids brand and

generate new leads.

2. Monitor channel effectiveness and make necessary changes.

3. Work with school staff and franchises operation teams to develop and maintain comprehensive marketing support

program.

4. Work with PR and advertising agencies, designers, printers and other vendors to support marketing activities.

5. Increase leads generation through verify of marketing initiatives

6. Run competitor intelligence and provide management with the latest update.

7. Analyse marketing effectiveness data to improve and refine marketing initiatives continuously.-

Candidate Background:

5-8 years marketing experience and in a managerial position at least 3 years in fast-paced growth international

environment.

Essential Skills/Experience:

-Creative, lively and dynamic with an entrepreneurial spirit.

-Proven ability to analyze and interpret data under changing conditions

-Ability to prioritize multiple projects, meet challenging deadlines and perform under pressure

-Self-motivated and able to solve business challenges and provide solutions with minimal supervision

-Be comfortable with proposing ideas, and able to follow up the ideas with plans and actions.

-Able to manage a team of internal staff and outside vendors to support our schools marketing efforts.

-Very hands on and want to get involved, especially when supporting activities outside the school.

-Good communication and presentation skill.

-Good computer skill, including proficiency in MS-Office

Essential Education:

Recognized university degree, and major in business, marketing, communication or related fields.

Travel Required:

Frequent travelling required in China region.

Language skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
