Service Support Manager(A language training companny)
ROLE DESCRIPTION To cope with our fast growth in the China market, we are looking for a high caliber talent to join us as the Service Support Manger for the Franchise Division.
The service support manager's role is to provide consultation and support to franchise school for post-sale activities in the center. The objective is to make sure high standard customer experience is conducted in the center and eventually higher student retention is achieved.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Ensure and track franchise schools service activities are consistent with company's overall business strategy
? Monitor school service operations to help them achieve retention target and increase customer loyalty and satisfaction;
? Develop service process, rules, scripts and KPI to improve service efficiency
? Develop training materials and provide onsite and offsite trainings for franchise school service staff
REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachelor degree or above, fluency in Mandarin and English
? More than 5 years' working experience in service or training & education industry and at least 2 years' experience in supervision or manager level
? Good communication and training skill
? Proactive and innovative way of working and can work independently
Be willing to travel frequently
