Region Channel Development Manager
? Responsbility:
- Achieve AOP sales targets for assigned channels
- Wire closely with MU GMs and CBR TT/OP Sales team to ensure alignment to QPP(quaterly planning process) targets / program execution
- Be the primary contact point with the MU MDM & SIS for the CBR TT/OP Sales team in ensuring MU execution and compliance to national sales programs
- Partner with the CBR to lead and sustain the CBR TT/OP sales capability agenda for SIS & CDM and front-line
- Implement and sustain PI standard GTM, sales organization, process, tools & BPTs (best practice tools)
- Drive Sales IT system (MSA/Buddy) installation and sustainment
- Drive sales team & route, cooler productivity and efficiency
- Work with Region & MU on pilot projects to ensure results & learning's captured for national sharing and rollout
- Provide constructive and field relevant feedback to CBR Capability team on improvements and refinement to process/training needs and design enhancements of current tools
Develop capability of MU sales I&S teams

? Requirements:
- Strong desire to excel
- Capacity to learn, coach and transfer skill / knowledge to others
- Disciplined, responsible and meticulous
- Good project management skills, with good attention on details and execution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good command of English and Mandarin (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical skills. Able to identify business development opportunities
- Excellent interpersonal & influencing skills to win support from others
- Good coaching / training skills
? Knowledge and Experience:
- University graduate or above
- Minimum 5 - 8 years experience in sales in MNC in FMCG industry. TT/OP channel management and field sales experience preferred.
