职位描述
1.深入理解产品定义及规划，主持产品外观创意及设计；
2. 推动新技术、新概念、新思维在产品设计中的应用；
3. 能带领和培养设计团队，进行团队设计培训，合理分配设计项目；
4. 准确解读客户需求，负责项目质量控制和流程管理。
任职要求：
1.有一定年限的产品设计及设计管理经验，有多个成功设计案例在市场上获得认可；
2.有扎实的工业设计专业知识，能够熟练使用相关设计工具；
3.在设计理念和设计理论方面有独到见解，对设计各个环节有深刻理解，具有强烈创新意识和创新力；
4.有良好的团队合作和沟通能力，较好的语言表达能力；
5.有敏锐的观察力，以及对行业发展趋势的把握力；
6有很强的责任心和职业精神，做事积极主动，勤奋踏实；
7条理性强，管理能力强，具备优秀的组织能力及分析能力。
