Job Responsibility:

- Check expense report every Tuesday-Wednesday of following week(travel&training expense report)
- Mobile phone list checking and booking
- Urgent/unexpected expense payment
- Payment once a week in Thursday(cash advance/withdraw/reimbursement)(cash or HSBC),and inform people to check account
- Trip Schedule scan for record after payment
- Account Booking(Adonix system)
- Finish Account Booking in Adonix
- Dispath the reimbursement to Shanghai Finanial Department
- Collect attendance info and make calculation for allowance
- Allowance payoff
- Withdraw money from the bank every month(if necessary)
- Cash box audit(if necessary)
- Bank recon(Fetch bank statement in the bank's IC cabinet)
- Trip application & Expense Reimburse Guideline in GZ
- Pay income tax before 15th of every month.
- Make sure there is enough money in the bank. Check with the bank.
- Re-calculation for social insurance data(check the figure with Fesco) for every year.
- Annual Check for company Bank

and administration support work.


Requirements:
- Accounting background, prefer to have accountant certificate
- Familiar with MS Office, basic knowledge of IT network
- English: spoken and written
- Efficient, organized, detailed and attentive
