Key responsibilities:
1.Employee profile management
1)Employee information management - personal data, education certificate, resumes, etc.
2)Labor contract management
3)Social insurance handling
4)Employee data analyze
2.Recruitment, job transfer and resignation
1)Acquire and evaluate hiring need and propose annual hiring plan
2)Recruitment requisition review and publish job vacancy
3)Recruitment channel maintenance - headhunter, website, job fair, etc.
4)Candidate resume screening, interview arrangement and participating
5)Employment offer letter and employee announcement
6)New employee reporting procedure handling
7)Job transfer coordination
8)Employee resignation procedure handling
9)Exit survey

1)Payroll
2)Monthly IIT declaration
3)Attendance management
4.In GM Assistant
1)GM travel arrangement
2)GM visitor reception preparation and handling
3)GM expense claim
4)Other tasks assigned by GM
5.Other Responsibilities
1)HK fellows working certificate renew and annual IIT declaration
2)Company Activity arrangement
3)Work injury handling
4)Other tasks that appointed by manager
Basic Requirements:
1.Minimum 3 years' working experience at similar position in foreign manufacturing enterprises.
2.University graduate, preferred in human resources, business administration or language
3.Comprehensive understanding of overall HR operations
4.Excellent coordination and interpersonal skill
5.Well aware of the importance of confidentiality
6.Familiar with China Labor Law
7.Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skill
8.Good at English speaking and writing and good at computer application software, particularly Excel
