Role Title:Consultant Specialist
Business: RBWM Technology
Role Purpose / Description
The job holder will have to perform the following duties in Insurance applications:
? Perform research and feasibility studies to identify and evaluate different solutions to address business need.
? Ensure all activities performed within the team adhere to the group IT and security standards.
? Adopt and provide ongoing improvement on development process and promote usage of right tooling.
? Work closely with the Technical Lead to ensure efficient flow of the backlog of change activities and drive technology change within/across teams.
? Provide support to the solution architect to ensure that solutions and services are supported by the right architectures & systems
职位要求：
Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications
? Minimum 7 years’ experience of software developments with both water-Fall and Agile methodologies.
? Excellent technical experience in Java programming, with hands on experience on using Spring framework for application development, particular in Spring Integration and MVC
? Familiar with Oracle DB / SQL
? Experience in Big Data will be an advantage
? Knowledge in MuleSoft (especially the Mule API developed in SpringBoot) will be an advantage
? Knowledge in Insurance business areas will be advantage
? Solid experience on automated build, test automation, CI/CD toolings to accelerate DevOps change in the team
? Good knowledge in linear regression, logistic regression, machine learning algorithms will be an advantage
? Ability to work independently and think out of the box.
? The passion and ability to lead/motivate and develop technologist, including mentoring and coaching.
? Excel written and verbal communication skills in English, ability to negotiate, resolve conflicts and influence technical choices relating to business, development and architectural requirements.
? Willing to travel with mobility on project base.
