Task description

1. Follow the shipping plan with suppliers and plan the delivery. Inform account manager in time if there is any delay.

2. 3-5days before delivery, to get the latest quotations from 2-3 different forwarders and select the best one.

3. Collect the goods from supplier. Check quantity, the shipping marks are right as per the order. Check the carton boxes whether are in good condition, if not, change into new ones and repack the goods.

4. Prepare shipping documents, including packing list, commercial invoice, Ocean/Flight shipping order form, and other export documents if required. Prepare certificate of original (COO normally for TAIWAN, or Europe or FTP for Austria)

5. Follow up the delivery status until the end.

6. Collect the bills from forwarders and apply for the payment.

7. Handle and solve the delivery complaints and issues with forwarders and get the claim.

8. Register and manage goods in warehouse, included goods is not in the office.

9. take care company’s E-port system and NAV about goods

10. minor task is that take care sourcing project.

岗位职责：

1. 跟进供应商的货期并且计划发货。及时通知账户经理如果有任何的延误

2. 发货前3-5天，从2-3个不同货代拿到最新报价和选择最优的一个

3. 从供应商拿到货，检查按照每个订单数量及发货标志。如果是样品小件，检查纸箱或者纸盒是否完好，如果不是，换一个新和重新打包装货物。如果大货需要重新包装，需要通知帐户经理跟工厂沟通。

4. 准备发货文件，含装箱单、形式发票、提单/运单，和其他出口需要的文件。准备原产地证（如货出台湾或欧洲，或澳大利亚需FTP等）

5. 跟进货物直到最后签收

6. 跟进运费及请款

7. 如果运输过程中货物有损，负责跟进和提交相关文件，拿到赔偿。

8. 负责公司的货物仓储进出登记、管理，含货不在公司的情况。

9. 负责公司的电子口岸系统和NAV系统货物管理

10. 次要的工作任务是负责采购项目

Required skills:

1. logistics management major or international trade major; familiar with warehouse operation, and logistics operation.

2. Good at Delivery knowledge

3. Familiar with customs clearance procedure and relate law or regulation

专业技能要求:

1.物流管理专业，国际贸易相关专业；熟悉仓储作业、物流公司运作

2.精通运输知识

3. 熟悉报关相关流程，熟悉相应的国家法律法规，

Salary 待遇

· 4000 -6000 RMB/ month depending on experience and skills

At Orange Creatives we design products that are commercially viable. We will train you to get a deep understanding why and how we incorporate the manufacturing and market aspect in every step of the design process. Moreover, you will get the experience of working in a multicultural setting: you will work with Western designers, and get a feel for different taste and quality perceptions that play in different parts of the world outside China.
