1.  负责现场所有的维修工作，包含机电，确保设备正常运行。

2.    维修部的人员管理，工作编排，培训沟通等

3.    负责设备保养工作，编排、执行、记入等相关的设备保养计划。

4.    备品管理，包含编制备品表，申请采购所需备品，低库存管理，备品质量。

5.    持续改善管理工作，须做好对设备的不断的改善，提高效率。

6.    探讨设备故障原因，改进、杜绝问题，降低设备停机时间。

7.    外协工作的管理，更进已维修部相关的外协工作。

8.    提倡安全管理文化，编写安全操作程序（SOP），给予维修人员培训，监督维修人员及外协按照安全操作程序施工。

9.    推广TPM，5S，及ISO、TS体系 管理理念。

10. 对内和外的沟通及汇报工作

要求：

1、经验：5年以上（潜力和soft skill要好）设备维修团队管理经验，团队管理人数要20个人以上，管理经验在5年以上

2、学历：本科优先，可以放开专升本，有非常强的亮点和能力可以放宽到大专，英语基础要好
