Role Title: Associate Software Engineering Manager
Business: Regional CIO - ASP-HS Bank
Role Purpose / Description
- Lead the team to provide E2E solution for HASE internet banking business. End to end accountability for a product or service, identifying and developing the most appropriate Technology solutions to meet customer needs as part of the Customer Journey.
- Take IT PM or primary PM role to delivery internet banking projects.
- Have experience leading and managing agile, cross function delivery teams encompassing 20+ staff (direct and indirect reportees).Demonstrable ability to mentor, develop talent and motivate staff to reach their optimum performance levels and career development .
- Knowledge on DevOps,Agile control Framework and Lean Methodologies: e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, GIT, Maven and Jenkins.
- Are passionate about technology and look for opportunities to learn & bring new ideas to the team.
- Excellent hard core technical depth in architecture. Solid experience in client side application development, Java and web based technologies (JavaScript framework, HTML5, CSS) and Cloud service.
- Communicate with the relevant stake holder regarding resolving technical issues related to delivery of projects.
- Suggest and validate the best practice in the company and assist in implementing them along with standards.

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications
- Experience in Team management, especially for co-location team management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of selected coding languages and IT frameworks (e.g. Java, JavaScript, AngularJS/Node.js, HTML/H5, micro-service development, RESTful API development, web development, mobile development, cloud, distributed development and etc.).
- Familiarity with agile project management skill / methodology is preferred.
- Familiarity with following tools is preferred: SpringBoot/SpringCloud, IntelJ, MangoDB, PCF/AWS, Mulesoft Anypoint Studio, Adobe Experience Manager and etc.
- Experience in relevant internet banking system is preferred.

- Demonstrable ability to mentor, develop talent and motivate staff to reach their optimum performance levels and career development.
