Role Title: Consultant Specialist

SCRUM Master / Agile Delivery Lead – Wealth Management IT

Retail Banking and Wealth Management serves millions of customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services to enable them to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures. We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as SCRUM Master / Agile Delivery Lead. 

Requirements

- Knowledge of agile framework and methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, related practices and disciplines)

- Knowledge and experience of using JIRA, confluence and other related tools

- Professional agile certification is preferred (e.g. PSM, PSPO, CSM)

- Understanding of Infrastructure technologies and experience in automating them

- Experience in Cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, GCP) is preferred

- Ability to work under pressure and deliver with limited guidance

- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, both verbal and written

- Strong analytical skills to quickly assess situations, their impact and options for resolution.

- Good team skills which rely on honest open communication and reliability of individuals to strive to deliver an excellent service to the customer

- Good inter-personal skills including the ability to influence peer group and negotiation skills

- Understand and able to interpret complex business and IT requirements

- Supports and oversees IT projects related to IT infrastructure, vulnerability management as well as service sustainability

- Ensures the team maintains focus on quality and continuous delivery

- Provides visibility into delivery targets, commitments, and progress to the team as well as management

- Understand and coach the team on delivery controls, compliance to minimize operational and reputational risk

- Influence and interact with C-level, senior management, business units, and stakeholders across all levels of the organization to remove impediments in agile transformation and adoption

- Integrates Agile and Lean principles into team practices and work products

- Coaches Product Owner and team on backlog refinement and prioritization
