岗位职责：

1、负责审核进销存系统中外购入库单及领料单领用的数量是否合理；

2、负责不定期的对仓库、各厨房、酒吧、客房部门等进行巡查，提出合理的改进措施，发现问题，及时上报；

3、负责制定、修订各种菜品、酒水的成本卡，要求数据准确、成本核算及时，保证成本真实、准确；

4、负责制定、修改日常成本核算的工作流程、工作标准，完善成本管理制度；

5、负责各种成本报表，作出成本分析报告（餐饮成本、物料成本、客用品、低值易耗品、存货周转率）；

6、组织参与各部门的月末盘点工作，对盘点结果进行总结上报；

7、负责公司的所有资产管理；

8、完成上级安排的其它工作。

岗位要求：

1、财务、会计等相关专业大专以上学历，具有会计初级职称、具有本岗1-3年以上工作经验。

2、熟练使用Excel、Word等办公软件，熟悉千里马仓库系统。

3、熟练掌握会计的基本理论及实际工作方面的知识、具有一定的管理、沟通、协调能力和团队协作意识。

4、熟悉成本控制的方法，负责药业的库存物资的成本核算与控制，定期与有关帐目进行核对、能对成本核算指标进行针对分析并合理提供合理的建议。

5、人品正直诚实，具备良好的职业道德和素质，责任心强，服从上级领导安排。
