Main Responsibilities:
1. To provide an effective diagnostic and trouble-shooting service to resolve technical issues and meet the needs of Miele customers, in order to maintain brand loyalty and deliver a positive customer experience.
2. Provide a technical service which facilitates and maintains the brand loyalty and satisfaction of our customers.
3. Acting as ambassadors and key representatives of Miele to our customers.

Requirements:
Education/ Training/ Degree: Technical secondary school, electrical /engineering
Work experience:
? professional/medical products service experience 
  商用/医用电器产品服务经验
? Good knowledge of how to install and operate professional/medical products  
  熟练使用商用/医用电器产品
? Self-dependent way of working
  具有独立工作能力
? Excellent consumer service and communication skills
