岗位职责：

打理亚里1688平台售前售中售后

一、售前服务

1、熟悉掌握产品信息，掌握沟通技巧，正确生动对产品特征及优点进行描述

2、***时间响应客户需求，准确、简洁、高效的对销售者购买前咨询进行专业解答，促成成交

3、通过交流，维护好客情关系，针对客服需求给予专业意见指导，引导消费

4、设置快捷回复语以及规范销售话术

二、售中服务

1、销售过程中，通过沟通，精准定位客户需求，了解客户消费习惯、偏好及能力做好客户服务

2、销售者下单后，确认订单信息及定制信息

三、售后服务

常联系老客户，引导老客户再次购买。

有美工功底或电商客服从业经验或1688客服从业经验的优先
