1 负责各类铸造设备的日常及应急维修。

  

2参与铸造工厂的设备安装和设备大修。

  

3 做好日常设备检查巡视工作，及时发现问题，处理隐患。

  

4 指导操作者搞好设备一级保养，负责设备二级保养。

  

5 依据年度计划定期对设备进行预检预修。

  

6 完成上级领导交办的其他各项任务

理解并严格遵守公司的规章、制度、政策、说明、流程，以确保行为表现符合公司的期望并能达到工作绩效的要求以避免产生不必要的冲突。

  

任职要求：

  

1．中专文化程度以上，机电一体化专业，有电气维修岗位的高、低压作业证。电气维修职业技能鉴定为高级者优先。

  

2. 有5年以上的铸造设备维修经验，熟知铸造设备的工作原理（电气、机械、液压、气动。有树脂砂再生系统及中频感应电炉维修经验的优先。

  

3. 根据图纸完成设备机械部分的检修和调试工作。

  

4. 了解一般照明安全电压和常用设备的电源电压及其安全用电知识。

  

5. ***，25~35岁，身体健康。

  

6. 具有ISO14001 & OHSAS18001意识
