1. Maintenance drainage system and electric power facility

  

修理厂区给排水系统，维护厂区公用设施动力（如：水泵、给排水、电力电缆、路灯等）。

  

2. Maintenance the equipment and furniture of campus

  

修理厂区建筑物相关设施（如：门、窗、锁及家具等）。

  

3. Maintenance the fixture and fitting of buildings

  

维护厂区建筑物（如：屋面漏水、外墙面渗水、卫生间漏水、粉刷层脱落等）。

  

4.conduct prevent maintenance and facility inspection

  

贯彻执行预防性维护及对设施的巡检。

  

5. Finish other tasks assigned by the superior

负责完成上级领导交办的其他各项任务

任职要求：

  

1. Having Electrician License, and familiar principles of electric

  

具有电工操作上岗证、熟悉电气原理。

  

2. Familiar with the related knowledge and fitment of laws and regulations

  

熟悉装修等相关知识及法律法规。

  

3. Familiar with principles of piping and the related laws and regulations.

  

熟悉管线系统原理及相关法律法规。

  

4. Have the awareness of ISO14001 & OHSAS18001

  具有ISO14001 & OHSAS18001意识

5.必须持有低压电工操作上岗证
