JOB FUNCTION – REQUIREMENTS - SUCCESS FACTORS

1.       Responsible for the facility maintenance program

2.       Establishes and manages the master maintenance program. Creates a record to track performance of all critical machine components to formalize a predictive and preventive maintenance (TPM Operating Systems).

3.       Cooperating with technical department to optimize and modify the production equipment to improve safety, productivity and quality.

4.       Responsible for directing engineering and maintenance depart to drive breakthrough and commitment to the continuous improvement.

5.       Responsible for the preparation of the Engineering budget, outlining annual projected cost for the purchase of spare parts, consumables and major components to maintain optimum operation of our equipments follows monthly spending and ensures compliance to the approved annual budget.

6.       Effectively manage new projects from customer concept to production.

7.       Ensure continual management and development of project team to advance company efficiency and technology profile.

8.       Other related work assigned.

Requires:

1.      Bachelor degree in Engineering, Machinery, Chemical engineering or related.

2.      Minimum 8 years of working experience in maintenance area.

3.      Good at communication and problem solving.

4.      Good English/Chinese communication skill, at least in written.

5.      Good interpersonal skills.

6.      Excellent knowledge and use of all MS office software.

7.      Working experience in paint, ink, adhesive and coating manufacturing plant is preferred.
