Role Title: Project Coordinator
Business: Operation Shared Services
Role Purpose / Description
The role is responsible for project management activities, which will carry out some or all of the following activities:
- Analysis and reporting of actual vs forecast numbers in GPDM
- Consolidate latest project status and create project status reports/dashboard regularly
- Assist Business Manager on tracking the headcount onboarding/deboarding
- Assist to produce demand and supply report regularly.
- Assist Business Manager on MI analysis and reporting
- Assist Business Manager on planning and monitoring direct cost (i.e. travel, training)
- Manage departmental intranet and share point sites (content management)
- Consolidate project plan and estimation to come up with overall project plan
- Assist Project Managers on project prioritization
- Assist Business Manager to maintain and update Clarity Plan for resources and ETC assignment.
- Consolidate actual effort and cost from Clarity and teams
- Facilitate project meetings and maintain meeting minutes
- Consolidate with project stakeholder to consolidate and understand project issues and risks , and keep track

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications - 2-3 years working experience on PM/MI.
- Disciplined, analytical mind with an eye for detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good spoken and written English skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload efficiently in line with business priorities.
- Willing to own work and problems and see through to completion and to resolve isssues with limited assistance.
- Creative and problem solving mentality.
- Basic knowledge of banking operations would be beneficial
