Role Title: Senior Project Management Officer
Business: Global Banking & Markets IT
Role Purpose / Description
It is opening this project management officer role to assist the following activities, the stake holders are Asset Management IT managers based in Guangzhou or HK.
Resourcing activities
？ Raise hiring requests on various admin system and pushing the relevant parties including local HR to proceed
？ Arrange the candidate sourcing from headhunter or vendor and the interview logistics
？ Onboarding logistics
？ Deboarding logistics
？ Contract renewals
？ MPP maintenance and cross checkTeam admin activities
？ Training need gathering and proceed
？ Mandatory training checking
？ Visitor logistics arrangement
？ Team device inventory management, device replacement
？ Travel logistics
？ Regular team building/ meeting logistics
？ Ad-hoc minor admin case like access card lost ..etc.
？ Vendor resource billing cross checkProject management activities
？ AOP support for region
？ Monthly reforecast with PMs for Asia Back Office and regional/local projects
？ GPDM (internal project budgeting system) and Allocation Tracker updates
？ Assist PMs on matters regarding GPDM, Clarity, Solution Control Framework, and so on
？ Provide guidance to HK and Guangzhou team on timesheet bookingBusiness management activities
？ Review monthly business IT bills and answer queries from AMG Finance teams, mainly for AMHK and AMSG but also support regional teams
？ Investigate and challenge unexpected IT costs on behalf of business
？ Prepare monthly IT cost summary to AMHK Exco meetings
？ Review/update vendor costs with GBM IT Third Party Cost Management team
？ Man power plan review (matching demand and supply)
？ A bit of travelling and recruitment
职位要求：
Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications
- Capable to communicate in English and Chinese fluently, good communication skill to face to different type of stake holders
- Detail oriented, be sensitive to numbers
- Able to use common office tool and planning tool such as Excel, Powerpoint and Microsoft project
- Fast learner to adopt the tooling not used before
- Be proactive to approach different stake holder and facilitate the activities
- Organize the activities in a structure way
- Have the understanding to project management principles
