Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintenance real estate developers and project distributors 负责房地产客户、项目经销商项目经的开发、关系维护；

2. Responsible for the tracking of projects in the region, follow the progress of each project

负责区域内项目的跟踪，清楚各个项目的进度；

3. Complete project forecast, coordination with relevant departments for timely delivery and help distributors to complete the projects. 负责完成预期销售目标，协调各部门按时按量供货，协助经销商执行项目合同；

4. Familiar with market trend，give good suggestion & idea for business develop 掌握行业趋势，为公司的发展提供建设性建议。

Requirements:

1. 5+ years’ experience needed is sales to real estate developers market，Experience in managing centralized purchase and bidding process of real estate projects is strongly desired， Experience in water treatment units, sanitary ware or fittings, HVAC, water heater sales will be an advantage

5年以上房地产开发商市场销售经验，有房地产项目集中采购和招投标管理经验者优先，有水处理设备、卫生洁具或配件、暖通空调、热水器销售经验者优先。；

2. Strong ability to learn, Could master technology and plan to work fast. 具备较强的学习能力，可快速掌握专业知识，及时开展工作；

3.Have a keen business sense, strong coordination skill, oral expression, communication capabilities.
