工作职责：RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to start the Quality Department within the company to ensure that our products and services meet all necessary requirements before they reach the consumer.

我们正在寻找一位有经验的质量经理筹建质量部，该部门需要确保我们的产品和服务符合质量要求。

Working independently and reporting directly to the company general manager, you will make decision, implement quality management practice, resulting in improving business performance

候选人需要独立频繁地与总经理沟通，将对质量管理有决定权并且实施的能力。

Responsibilities:

- Set up the company quality system and documentation maintenance, including:

建立仙婷的质量系统及管理相关文档，包括：

o devise and establish the company's quality procedures. Create, Review and unify Quality SOP for all departments

建立仙婷的质量管理程序。建立、审视及统一各个部门的质量SOP;

o Define supply chain standard: packaging safety evaluation, storage condition control etc…

决定供应链的标准：包装安全性评估，储藏条件控制

o Obtain certification: ISO, COSMOS organic certification, 5S etc..

负责取得相关的认证：ISO， COSMOS有机认证及5S等

- Dealing with customers complaints: Coordinate with all departments to deal with customer complaints

处理客户投诉：与相关部门合作协调处理客户投诉

o be responsible for arranging test, judge whether the complaint is established, give the handling guidance and rectification letter.

负责安排测试，判断投诉是否成立并给与处理的指引及改正措施；

o contact customer quality department to explain quality problems etc…

与客户的质量部门联系处理质量问题

o measure performance and identify any areas of weakness, recommending and implementing improvements

o 评估投诉处理措施的表现及确定需要改进点，提供并实施改进方案。

- Cooperate with the audits of government departments, suppliers and customers, follow up the corrective and preventive actions

配合及负责来自政府部门、供应商及客户的审查，并跟进相关的改善及预防措施。

- Look at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency.

寻找减少浪费及提升效率的方式。

- Regulatory matters and document management: ensure that the products comply with the existing laws and regulations, and register the product regulations (REACH CHINA, ECOCERT/COSMOS, pre-classification)

法规事务及相关的文档管理：保证产品的合规性和负责产品注册 (REACH CHINA, ECOCERT/COSMOS 等)

Requirements：

- 10 years’ experience in quality, at a manager level, preferably in the cosmetic, chemical，food or pharmaceutical industries

10年质量管理经验，化妆品，化工，食品及医药行业优先

- Capable of building up quality system from scratch. Experiences in ISO 9001 and 5S required.

能够从0到1搭建质量系统。有ISO 9001及5S的经验

- Hands on experience in dealing with customer complaints and handling quality audit

有处理客户投诉及质量审查的实际经验

- Good written communication in English. Workable spoken English is required

良好的英语读写能力，英语口语可作为工作语言

This job is particularly suitable for a candidate with a successful experience in a multinational company and willing to use his knowledge to build a full function Quality practice in a growing SME.
