此岗位有交通补贴每天30元！！
【岗位职责】
1、通过电话和微信与家长进行顾问式销售，在充分识别家长需求后，为孩子推荐合适课程；
2、及时响应家长，并与教学老师一起做好孩子的教学工作和家长服务；
3、公司有稳定精准的客户资源并且没有淡旺季，无需自寻资源，尽情冲刺招生业绩；
4、资源为已上过体验课学生家长，精准成单率高
【岗位要求】
1、大专学历，热爱销售职业；
2、热爱教育行业，拥有电销、网销招生经验者优先；
3、有责任心，能承受较大工作压力；
4、具有较强的沟通能力与亲和力，善于发现与引导客户需求；
【岗位待遇】
1、无责任底薪5k+7200元餐补+的士补贴600元+业绩提成（4k~20k)+团队奖金（***3K）
【上班时间】
1.错峰出行朝十一晚十， 午休1.5小时，晚饭1小时
2.月休6天，每周休息1.5天，法定节假日固定休息。
