工作内容

熟悉软件操作 ：WINDOWS，EXCEL，PDF，EMAIL书信沟通

负责协助与分担外贸跟单员分配的项目:

涉及协助项目如下：

1.新项目的询价、报价

2.合同的拟定及审核

3.产品 的成 本核算，研发或打样的跟进

4.开发新的供应商并进行有效 筛选

5.培养敏锐的市场洞察力

工作要求

1.网上产品 搜索

2.能够英文书写，英语口语基本能沟通

3.短时间学习掌握整个外贸流 程、具 备良 好的书信和工厂沟通谈判技巧。

4.有责任心、谦卑与自信，工作认真有效 率、服从公司安排、遵章守纪 、有良好团队合作精神

Role:

Merchandiser Assistant / Apprentice / Intern. Fresh Graduates are welcome !

Key Responsibility/ You will learn how to:

Assist and willing to learn from daily tasks allocations by your group leader, Team spirit, passionate to learn about this profession.

Familiar with software execution is a must such as Windows, EXCEL, PDF, Email communication.

Assistance of Tasks involve as per below

1. new project's inquiry and preparing quotation for competitive price after selected.

2.Draw up contract and audit the terms and conditions

3.Product's cost caculating,development or sample follow up

4.Sourcing new suppliers and assessing qualified suppliers.

5.Developing sense of acuity in market demand.

Qualifications

1.Ability of Sourcing and Researching

2.Good Command written English,Basic Oral English

3.Passionate with whole foreign trade procedure,good communication skills.

4.Strong sense of responsibility,Hard working with effeciency,Obey company's rules and work arrangement,

5.A good team player.
