主要职责：

1、组建并带领财务团队，完成4S店资金、会计核算、收支，以及履行总部财务监管职责；

2、组织并执行4S店经营过程中资产、资金的流动审核与监控；

3、组织并执行4S店日常会计核算、税务、费用报销，并维护当地银行、税务等与财务相关部门关系；

4、组织并执行公司资产管理，保证资产处于有效掌控中；

5、组织4S店财务管理制度的落实，并监督执行；

6、对4S店经营进行财务分析，向总经理和总部财务部提供分析报告、经营报表；

7、组织资金筹集及有效管理，催收和清偿款项，提高资金使用效率。

任职要求：

1、财会、金融等相关专业大专及以上学历；

2、3年以上财务管理工作经验，具有汽车4S店财务工作经验者优先；

3、专业知识扎实，熟悉一般纳税人企业的帐务处理，熟悉报表的编制、资金管理、库存管理、成本核算、财务分析、预决算管理、制度的编写与内控制度的监管；

4、良好的职业道德和敬业精神，思维敏捷，工作认真积极，任劳任怨，具有良好的沟通能力和组织能力。
