职位描述
Role Title: Senior Business MGT Officer
Business: RBWM Technology
Role Purpose
This role is responsible for providing support to Global Business Manager for Insurance Tech on day-to-day business management activities. This includes Financial Management, Headcount & Resource Management, 3rd party vendor management and OpCo agendas from IT COO.
Key Accountabilities
Financial Management:
-Support on AOP / ATP / ROP exercise, prepare GPDM report during planning & forecasting cycle to make sure GPDM static data setup correct and BP owners input to GPDM accurate
-Generate regular IT bills to countries and perform analysis on latest estimates against plan, escalate any billing issues and prepare billing adjustment
-Monitor project recoveries and escalate any material under / over recoveries identified
-Support on OSPD hierarchy / cost center setup
finance MI (both ad hoc and BaU)
-Consolidate travel & training wish list, monitor travel budget and latest estimation
Resource Management:
-Maintain manpower plan in Pioneer and performs data integrity checks for all internal systems – EC , Pioneer , GMIS
-Track headcount against target, assist hiring managers on creation of new position and monitor hiring status
-Prepare MI reports (recruitment stats, headcount analysis, contractor ratio, onshore/offshore ratio) for manager review
Third Party Management:
-Collect contractor hiring requirement for Global Insurance IT and submit for ITCM approval, share ITCM outcome to country CIOs / hiring managers / BMs
-Manage contractors renewal to ensure no retrospective requests

-Ability to understand managers’ requirements and concerns and ensure results exceed their expectations.
-Delivery-focused with ability to pay attention to detail and ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required levels of quality.
-Proven ability to prioritize workload effectively in line with business priorities.
-Ability to work to tight deadlines.
-Working knowledge on internal systems – Clarity , GPDM , GMIS , Pioneer
