• Site service, including installation supervision, commissioning and trouble-shooting etc.

负责现场服务，包括安装指导、调试及故障诊断等

  

• Provide Diagnose report and solution proposal and quality problem feedback

提供故障诊断报告、提出解决方案并反馈质量问题

  

• Tracking maintain and deal with the returned product in time, and provide training for the customer

及时跟踪维修和处理客户返修时的产品，并提供客户培训

  

• Build and maintain a close relationship between company and end users 

 建立及维护好公司和用户之间的密切良好的合作关系

• Continue feedback of end users’ requirement and activities to company

跟踪并向公司反馈最终用户的要求和情况

• Other tasks assigned by company 

 完成公司分配的其他任务

岗位要求：

• Technical background with Pumps & Mixers or relevant product

具备泵与搅拌器及相关产品的技术背景 

• Hands-on experience as technician and site service advantage

 有较强的动手能力及现场服务经验者优先考虑 

• above 5yr Experience in Waster Water processes preferred – understand end user requirement

 污水处理行业5年以上经验优先考虑，了解最终用户的需求 

• Good presentation and communication skills – ability to communicate and command respect at plant manager level

良好的表达和沟通能力，且可与工厂管理层级别的有效良好沟通

  

• Workable English reading and writing skills

具备基础的英语读写能力

• Ability to travel frequently 70%

能接受约70%左右的频繁出差
