职位描述

Role Title: Project Coordinator
Business: Regional CIO - ASP
Role Purpose / Description Financial Management
- Support Planning and Finance activities, including Costs Management, Sustainable Saves, etc.
- Assist functional business manager to monitor the departmental Costs Management, Profit & Loss, to ensure the overall department is on the right track to operate / develop
Resource Management
- Liaison with hiring PM and HR to ensure recruitment progress smoothly
- Headcount and Recruitment Status tracking/reporting
- Maintain Organization Structure and facilitate different reports
- Attrition rate tracking and reporting Administrative Management
- Liaison with Center Operation for Capex and facility arrangement when needed
- Ac hot management report consolidation.
Others:
- Coordinate and work together with other team members and center communication team for internal and external communications, propaganda and other events
职位要求:
Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications - 2-3 years financial industry experiences
- Strong communication skill and good business writing skill
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail, with logical thinking and sense of number
- Possesses financial knowledge & commercial sense
- Build good relationship and stakeholder management
- Ability to simplify / automate processes rather than rely on manual routines
