Role Title: IT Security Analyst
Business: Regional CIO - ASP-HS Bank
Role Purpose / Description
? The role as an infra security specialist, provide security administration functions support to ensure all the defined functions are properly executed according to the standard and procedures. Handle security administration and implement controls to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank. The role is also to ensure compliance with Group and regulatory policies and standards (including HKMA, SFC, IT SOX, Strategic Control of Privileged Access Program and audit requirements).
? The role focuses on one of the areas of IT Security below covering Cyber Security and Infrastructure Security.
? Cyber Security :
o Manage, investigate and handle and respond information security breach and cyber security incidents.
o Plan and recommend remedial actions on information security breach and cyber security incidents.
o Provide expertise, consultancy and support to the Business/Functions to identify risk and controls required on infrastructure security and cyber security incidents.
o Coordinate with internal/external parties to ensure the bank security standards and procedures are properly implemented.
o Provide expertise in the area of database hardening, monitoring and log filtering.
o Manage the system vulnerability and patch management process in the Bank.
o Responsible for data leakage prevention monitoring and security information event monitoring for the Bank.
o Define and produce MI reporting relating to Cyber Security Operations for monitoring and control.
o Keep abreast of the latest cyber security threat landscape, evaluate the potential impact to the bank.
o Provide compliance and audit checking support and self-assessment.
职位要求：
Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications
? University degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
? Over 3 years’ experience in IT security and risk management area
? Strong technical or security skills related to infrastructure in financial institution
? Solid experience in cyber security controls and incident handling
? Good knowledge in banking environment
? Knowledge and experience in Fintech is desirable
? Strong knowledge of banking regulations / guidelines relating to cyber security and technology risk management
? Strong self-motivation, with good leadership, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
? Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset
? Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Mandarin is an advantage
? Professional qualification such as CISM, CISA, CISSP and CEH preferred
? Experience in infrastructure security scanning with tool (i.e Nessus, Openvas)
? Experienced in performing security risk assessment and audits based on industry standards
? Familiar with ISO 27001 ISMS preferred
