高级客服运营经理(20-30K)
Project Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Lead operation team to deliver key activities, achieve KPI , own both the P&L forecast and performance against the organizations financial commitments.
2.Develop and manage the performance of a big size team;
3. Develop strategic plans to add value to both 800 and its partners.
4. Become the liaison between 800 and the clients.
5. Provide clear summaries and reports to Senior Management Team.
6. Closely communicate with clients and understand business need, judge it and bring back to internal team in timely matter for discussion, then revert the result to clients.
7. Work closely with internal team to understand the KPI and figure out the potential operational/financial risk and suggest on how to improve performance.
8. Issue and forecast GM report.
9. Lead WBR/MBR/QBR/YBR with client.
10. Farming clients to expand the existing business.
11. Organize the meeting internally and externally, attend the meeting requested by clients.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Minimum of 5 years management experience in call center operations. At least 3 years within a client facing position.
3. Proven performance track record within his/her current role.
4. Clear understanding of attrition and employee engagement.
5. Capability of providing consultative type services to partnerships. Examples include: (cost reductions, revenue generation, churn improvement, customer advocacy, etc)
6. Understanding of contact center industry standards, and common methodologies (KPIs, data reporting, training, etc).
7. Good Clients service mindset.
8. Excellent communication skill both in English and Chinese, and negotiation skill.
9. Data sensitive and good data analysis skill.
10. Certified in operational standards such as COPC, certifications such as LEAN Six Sigma, Kaiser, or DMAIC is a plus.
