Responsibilities:

1. Collecting data through EMS system and generating PDF files then converting into Excel format;
2. Consolidating, inputting and collating data;
3. Perform necessary checks and keep accurate track records, from receipt through execution;
4. Work in close and continuous collaboration with merchandising team to resolve any issues during daily tasks;
5. Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by line manager.

Requirements:

1. College degree or equivalent, internship is welcome;
2. Good reading and writing in English;
3. Good Computer skills, strong proficiency for using Windows & MS Office applications;
4. Work carefully and be sensitive to numbers;
5. Proactive communication and attention to details.
