• Main responsibilities:
  
  Develop new material to L/B.
  Lead athletic material sourcing team for technical and operational functions.
  Establish, enhance, and evaluate athletic material sourcing base.
  Identify division’s development requirement and provide clear direction to suppliers.
  Manage sample material and new article testing schedule.
  Work with L/B for material development timeline and seasonal development themes.
  New material creation cost breakdown analysis.
  Suppliers and articles rationalization.
  Production material issue management.
  Main contact window to division for material communications.
  Technical and operational support for new material development.
  Maintain quality material supplier base and on time delivery for sample/production materials.
  Well connected with quality suppliers to support material development.
  
  
  Main requirements:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree or above
  Minimum 5 years in the clothing industry, Shoe-making skill is preferred
  PU, textile, and commodity material experience
  Material management knowledge
  Fluent in English and Mandarin (oral/written)
