1. 独立处理所有船务出口工作，船务相关文件制作及检查，安排出货（订舱，拖车安排等），清关及货物追踪等，确保货物准时到达指定客户处；

2. 检查船务相关文件，确保所有信息的完整及准确，以利顺利出货；

3. 与相关部门有效配合，确保所有船务出运信息准确；

4. 与客户，公司内各相关部门，船东，贷代等良好沟通确保船务文件的正确性及出货准时；

5. 确保每一票货物及相关的文件、操作等对应相应出口条款要求，追踪货物出运情况；

6.负责相关工作费用等的汇总与分析，确保公司相关成本的控制；

7.对部门船务专员的管理工作；

8. 上级交代的其它工作；

任职要求：

1、英语良好，熟练运用OFFICE等办公软件；

2、做事细心，沟通能力强；能看懂英文船务单据；

3、3年以上外贸进出口船务工作经验；

4、沟通表达及谈判能力强，

5、关注工作细节，能够在压力下工作。
