 l Take responsibility for Pressure vessel manufacture in NDT area 

  负责压力容器制造无损质控体系；

 l Do the UT, MT and PT for the parts according to the requirements and standards and issue report.

   按要求和标准对零件做超声破、磁粉及渗透探伤并出具报告

 l In the workshop, do the inspection for the parts in accordance with of technical requirements of the drawings, get the data and make records

  在生产现场按图纸技术要求对零部件进行检验，测出数据并做好记录"

 l If the parts and components are not matched with drawings, inform the workshop and the operator to stop operations 检验时发现零部件产品与图纸不符时，通知车间及操作者停止作业"

 l For the finished products, if they are not inconsistent with the drawings, issue "failure notice" to the responsible department. For the big quality accident, it should be reported to the leadership

  对已完工产品经检验与图纸不符的开具“不合格通知单”交有关责任部门处理，对重大质量事故应及时向领导汇报"

 l Use and keep the measurement apparatus properly

  妥善妥善使用、保管本人使用的种类测量器具"

 l Comply with company’s rules and regulations

任职要求：

 College   大专   

 1.Three to five years   working experience   3至5年工作经验   

 2. Able to use simple   foreign language   简单外语交流   

 3.Able to do the   daily work by computer   能使用电脑进行日常工作   

 4.The person must   have professional certificates：UT level II   qualified by TSG Z8001 and valid.   

    操作人员必须拥有特种设 备超声二级证书，并在有效期内    

 5.The person with MT   and PT level II qualified by TSG Z8001 or EN ISO 9712 is preferential.    

   拥有磁粉和渗透特种设备二级证书或EN ISO 9712证书的人员优先      

 6. Have a better   understanding of the relevant NDT industry standards, as well as Valmet’s   internal standards（UT：  EN12680,   EN ISO 17640 and NB/T47013.3；MT：EN1369，GB15822, NB/T47013.4；    ASME Section V, PT: EN1371-1, NB/T47013.5    

 7.了解国内无损检测行业的相关标准. （超声波探伤：EN12680，EN   ISO 17640和NB/T47013.3；磁粉探伤：EN1369， GB15822，NB/T47013.4和ASME Section V。 渗透探伤： EN1371-1和NB/T47013.5）.
