• Taking information from a variety of sources, after validation prepares and regularly reviews event/promotional plans to inform the overall business planning cycle.
• Drive alignment within company for long-term targets and then in-season marketplace health.
• Analyze regional shop performance and present the facts & solutions to the stakeholders to facilitate decision making.
• Provide support in reporting, analysis, and insightful forecast with business deep dive at a POS level.
• Support sales team to prepare the yearly and quarterly rolling forecast and commission target, including but not limited to incentive plan, promotion plan, quarterly store target modification.
• Follow through on business analysis, financials and KPI setting, budget planning and leasing analysis support.
• To be innovative and creative in identifying improvements to ways of working to improve forecasting processes and forecast accuracy as a measure.
• Have effective communication with sales team, to ensure target top down and bottom up process smoothly and clearly delivered and presented in related meetings
• Keep very good record of each target version, make sure target setting process well prepared and efficient.
• Take leadership in regular sales planning meeting.

• Requirements:

· 5-7 years of experience in sales planning, business intelligence or retail excellence in retail industry

· Strong understanding of retail math, different types and uses of data, distillation of key insights, and (predictive) analytics – including a strong ability to turn this into strategic actions

· A comprehensive understanding of the full Supply Chain, Product, and Retail lifecycle

· Degree holder in Marketing & Sales focused, Finance, Accounting, Business or related disciplines

· Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin

Proficient in MS Office application (Strong in Excel & PowerPoint)
