职位描述
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Independently hunt new sales prospects and manage sales pipeline out of potential markets and target customers to increase sales and profits
- Build, develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Implement sales plan to meet annual P&B and marketing plan objectives with emphasis on profitable growth
- Provide ongoing insights on market conditions, trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
- Execute defined Marketing support offering in designated sectors
- Manage credit and pricing consistent with defined offer standards
- Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to resolve product claims / supply issues
- Perform other duties or activities as assigned by supervisor
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Be familiar with China Shipping Industry
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in marine related industries e.g. ship building, bunkering, lubricants, OEM or coating etc. is preferred
- Proven track record in building and cultivating relationship with customers/partners
- Strong negotiation skills
- Good inter-personal communication and data analytical skills
- Academic background in maritime majors is a plus
