· Provide technical support to Marketing, Manufacturing and Sales organizations with formulation, specification and application expertise

· Support lubricant manufacturing in product formulation implementation, manufacturability issues, and formulation optimization

· Provide technical input and review of external presentations and marketing/sales collaterals

· Support implementation of changes to the product line

· Provide technical support to product integrity, product quality, and product performance complaint investigations

· Support and participate in trade shows and industry trade associations as appropriate

· Support field trials as required for new or ongoing product development projects

· Develop and deliver technical training to internal and external organizations

· Provide input to product formulation requirements and product development needs/prioritization

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree holders in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent or related field from a recognized university

· Past experience in lubricants related company and any additional experience in a related field such as product development, technical services, and/or product quality/assurance

· Working knowledge of product quality assurance

· Strong analytical and communication skills (English)

· Strong leadership and influencing skills

· Problem solving/root cause analysis skills

· Ability to provide technical guidance to less-experienced/non-technical team members

· Experience in project management

· Willing to travel
