Key responsibilities:

Timely and accurately monitor and ensure monthly/seasonal tax filing for VAT/BT/EIT/other related tax and surcharge
Timely and accurately ensure related implement for final settlement and payment of EIT
Monitor tax document filing such as tax return/receipt is well arranged
Conduct internal tax review for compliance with company's policy and process
Establish and maintain best practices in tax area including tax reporting/analysis/review
Assist management team in making proposal for tax arrangement and optimizing process for tax planning/filing/review
Monitor and ensure flow of fund is well controlled bases on compliance with company's standard
Monitor and optimize bank accounts setup and other bank business management
New tax/bank regulation timely collection and update to management team
Organize tax/treasury training/workshop for finance/operation team
Establish and maintain good relationship with related government department and bank


Requirement:

University graduate in related discipline
At least 4-5 years experience in related field, preferably in retail or catering industry
CTA/CPA is preferable
Stronger interpersonal and problems solving skills
Good PC operating skills, familiar with application of MS office software
Good communication skills and team work
Integrity, hard working and committed
Can speak Cantonese and Mandarin
