1、熟悉阿里巴巴排名规则；负责阿里巴巴诚信通店铺的布局及日常维护与发布更新产品。
2、对阿里巴巴的搜索排名交易规则和优化，关键字策略，阿里工具，阿里站内广告资源,活动阿里论坛都要熟悉。
3、熟悉阿里的推广：网销宝.黄金展位等收费和其它免费推广。
4、负责分销渠道的建立，发掘、孵化、培养分销商，建立一个强大的分销商团队。
5、团队协作力强，沟通表达能力强，有责任心。
6、熟悉网络各种渠道推广资源，并具有一定的实际操作能力。
7、负责搜集新客户的资料并进行沟通，开发新客户。
8、维系与加强老客户之间的关系，管理维护客户关系以及客户间的长期战略合作计划。
注：目前公司阿里巴巴是第一批加入的实力商家，5年的诚信通店铺，店铺优势非常明显，目前平台给予的流量已经是行业前几的流量，现在的主要任务是把这些流量转化好，做好整个店铺的优化，把流量的效率发挥到极致，另外一个主要工作是分销商的开发，培育一批有实力的分销商，建立强大的分销团队，确保每个月的营业额目标。
