岗位职责：

1）设备：熟悉运通，乐善吹瓶机，对于机器故障有一定能力的判断及维修、保养；

2）工艺：须完成掌握不同材料性质的调机工艺，对于异形瓶型有解决的方案；

3）材料：熟悉HDPE,LDPE,PETG,毛绒料QF300的特性；

4）模具：能看懂2D模具图纸并给出合理建议，能简单维修模具；

5）配件：会操作车床等加工设备，熟练制作插笔吹嘴，剪切环等配件。

职位要求：

1、对ISO质量管理体系有一定的了解，现场6S管理有丰富的经验；

2、对部门团队建设能有自己方案；

3、需担任主管职位3年以上；

4、大专以上学历优先考虑。
