工作职责：

1、通过语音或在线解答纳税人使用电子办税系统过程中的技术及涉税问题；

2、联系、协调各相关部门，为纳税人解决实际问题；

3、积极获取反馈，并向上级推荐有关执行效率改进的方案；

4、配合质检提升业务水平及能力；

5、完成上级安排的任务。

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历，以及会计、财税、计算机相关专业，优秀的学历可以放宽

2、普通话标准流利，良好的沟通理解与表达能力

3、熟练运用常用办公软件，打字速度40字/分钟；

4、善于倾听，有服务意识；

薪资待遇：4000-6000 五险一金

上班时间：8.30-17.30
