岗位职责：

1、全面贯彻落实厂家售后服务核心流程预约工作，与用户初步确定维修项目、时间、备件等；

2、负责接待用户、对用户车辆进行故障诊断，索赔初步鉴定，与用户达成协议等工作；

3、负责向维修技师传达用户的想法，描述车辆的故障，分配维修工作任务;

4、负责建立、完善用户档案，并及时更新；

5、与维修工进行沟通，如有维修增减项目，及时与客户沟通，确定新的维修时间，并对委托书进行修订；

6、协助领导进行店内重大事件和突发事件的处理.

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历，汽车相关专业；

2、2年以上工作经验，1年以上同岗位工作经验，有同岗位上工作经验

3、了解汽车行业市场 、具有扎实的汽车方面的专业知识；具有深入的营销知识；熟悉产品知识、业务流程及厂家关于销售的相关政策，具备基本的财务和法律知识；

4、具有较强的团队协调能力和服务意识。
