岗位职责：

1、组织制订公司总体发展战略和年度各项营销目标；

2、负责监督市场调研、市场分析、各类市场活动的执行情况和效果，督促改进；

3、负责处理危机公关事件；

4、及时了解当地市场信息、市场开拓计划和市场行动材料等；

5、针对市场状况，策划创新的市场营销方案；指导市场部相关人员开展营销活动，监督方案执行并对活动效果进行评估；

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，工商管理、市场营销相关专业为佳；

2、3年以上汽车行业工作经验，其中2年以上汽车行业市场管理工作经验，1年以上人员管理经验；

3、了解汽车行业市场、具有汽车方面的专业知识；熟悉产品知识、业务流程及厂家关于销售的相关政策，具备基本的人力资源管理知识和基本的法律知识。
